I went to check on Annabeth, who was supposed to be napping, and this is what I saw. She's reading a book called This Is My Hair. And not sleeping. What a funny girl. :)

I know that this has absolutely nothing to do with anything, but it makes me laugh every time I hear it! :D This is an actual call made by a customer who was overcharged by Verizon because they couldn't understand the difference between .002 dollars (what they charged him) and .002 cents (what he was quoted).

My Big Little Boy!

Sorry I haven't been posting here a lot lately...we've been so busy! But I'm finally finished unpacking (all that means is that everything is out of a box...not necessarily in it's place, though!) so I now have a few more free moments during the day. For all who have asked, I'll be putting up pics of semi-finished rooms fairly soon. :)


My little boy is officially a Kindergartner! Can you believe it?! This morning was our first official school day. It wasn't as heartbreaking for me as it is for a lot of moms because I get to keep him here all to myself, but it was still bittersweet. I'm excited to see him growing and learning, but at the same time I can't believe how fast he's growing up! Here are a couple of pics from the morning.

Finally...The New House!!

As promised, here are the pictures of our new house!!! The kids are loving it...though there is nothing in them right now, they love their new rooms. I got my new bed and dining room set today (I took a pic of the bed, but I forgot the dining room set...sorry!) and we get everything else out of storage on Saturday.
