The Little Gym

Monday was Ethan's last day at The Little Gym. He's been in a sports class for the last 18 weeks. He has loved every minute of it. On the last day they put on a big show for the parents to show off their skills and then they receive a gold medal. Here is a video and some pics of the big show:

Road trip to Texas

This past week my great-grandmother passed away. We found out Monday morning and by midnight that night we were on the road! We drove 36ish hours straight through (the kids were amazing!!) until finally we arrived in Turkey, TX. While we wish we had been there under happier circumstances, it ended up being a really great trip. Brandon got to help wrangle cattle and ride a horse, Ethan discovered a hundred new species of bugs, Annabeth bonded with Aunt Suzie, and I got to see the whole family again! It was an adventure :)

There was an electircal storm over Amarillo the night we left. I really wish I had been able to get a better picture! The lightning was amazing!
